A portfolio of software products

We build and operate software products.

PL Tech Labs designs, builds, and runs its own software. Every product is made in-house, from the first line of code, and operated for the long term. Metricstab is the first.

What we do

One team, several products.

Each product in the portfolio is run on its own terms, with its own customers, roadmap, and economics. What they share is the people behind them — and a common way of building.

01

We build in-house

Every product is designed, engineered, and operated by us. No outsourced builds, no white-labelled platforms. That is slower at the start and much cheaper to run once it works.

02

We operate for the long term

We are operators, not flippers. Products are funded to be sustainable on their own revenue rather than built to be sold, which keeps decisions pointed at customers instead of an exit.

03

We keep it small

Small teams, modest infrastructure, and a strong bias against complexity we cannot maintain. Low fixed costs are what let a product take the time it needs to find its market.

Metricstab

Search analytics · Live

An AI analyst for Google Search Console. Metricstab watches a site's search performance every day, spots the anomalies and opportunities a human would miss in the noise, and explains what to do about them in plain English.

More about Metricstab

How we build

Four things we don't compromise on.

Privacy first

We collect the least data that makes a product work, and delete what we no longer need.

Deterministic first

Ordinary code does the analysis. AI explains the result. That keeps output cheap and auditable.

Ship small

Narrow changes, released often, measured in production rather than argued about in a meeting.

Own the stack

We run our own infrastructure and understand every layer we depend on.
